該系列焊機(jī)是一夽先進(jìn)的焊接設(shè)備。應(yīng)用廣泛,焊接變壓器體積小而輸出能量大,三相交流電經(jīng)整流后轉(zhuǎn)換成為直流,再經(jīng)由IGBT組成的逆變電路逆變成為中頻1000HZ方波接入焊接變壓器的初級(jí),經(jīng)焊接變壓器降壓整流成為脈動(dòng)很小的直流電供給電極對(duì)工件進(jìn)行焊接。逆變器通過(guò)反饋回來(lái)初級(jí)或者次級(jí)焊接電流進(jìn)行調(diào)整IGBT的占空比,從而達(dá)到焊接過(guò)程恒流的效果。
