該系列焊機是一夽先進的焊接設(shè)備。應用廣泛，焊接變壓器體積小而輸出能量大，三相交流電經(jīng)整流后轉(zhuǎn)換成為直流，再經(jīng)由IGBT組成的逆變電路逆變成為中頻1000HZ方波接入焊接變壓器的初級，經(jīng)焊接變壓器降壓整流成為脈動很小的直流電供給電極對工件進行焊接。逆變器通過反饋回來初級或者次級焊接電流進行調(diào)整IGBT的占空比，從而達到焊接過程恒流的效果。

Description

Medium frequency inverter spot welding machine is an　advanced　welding　machine　wide　application．The　welding　transformer　is　in　small　size　but　the　output　energy　is　large．Three－phaseＡＣwill　be　converted intoDCafter　being　rectfied。Then theDC will be converted into medium frequency1000Hz square wave to be connected to　primary　welding　transformer　through　the inverter　circuit　which　is　composed　of　LGBT．The　ＭＦ　square　wave　will　become　small　pulseＤＣto　the　electrode　for　welding　work　Piece　through　the　depressurization　and　rectifying process in the　welding　transformer．The inverter　will　adjust　the duty　ratio of　IGBT　through　the feedback　primary　or　secondary　current so as to achieve current of the welding process．

性能特點

１.    二次焊接回路中流過的電流是直流，因此由于深入焊接工件中不同的次級長度而產(chǎn)生的二次回路中的感抗對焊接電流的影響大大減小。

２.    三相平衡負載，減少對供電系統(tǒng)功率要求，功率因素接近１，無電感分量，無須調(diào)整功率因素。

３.    消除對供電電源的污染，屬綠色焊接，不必單獨提供電源可以和機器人焊接工裝控制系統(tǒng)在鏈接使用。

４.    減少電源消耗，節(jié)能降耗，還能減少電纜的需要和花費及大量的維護成本。

５.    焊接變壓器的質(zhì)量大大減輕，輕便快捷，只有交流變壓器的質(zhì)量和體積的１／３，適用于機器人焊接系統(tǒng)。

６.    提高熱量輸入效率，焊接變壓器輸出的是直流電壓，沒有電感的煩擾，純直流電路沒有過零的缺點，熱量的效率大大提高。

７.    智能型數(shù)字全閉環(huán)控制，焊接控制電流更精確，調(diào)整精度和監(jiān)視精度比AC系統(tǒng)高２０倍。可以對逆變器和變壓器進行保護。

８.    增加焊接工藝的穩(wěn)定性，直流焊接的工藝性好，焊接參數(shù)的可適應范圍寬，次級電流可以真正保持恒流，比交流要有更廣泛使用的前景。

９.    數(shù)字化控制更加提高電流控制和測量精度，焊接時間精度為毫秒，可以對焊接的時間任意控制。
